Why Einovra exists

Industrial projects are built on interconnected systems. Feedstock, offtake and market access, infrastructure, regulation and policy, operational economics and commercialisation strategy all influence one another, yet those connections are often overlooked, underdeveloped or spread across different organisations with different priorities.

Einovra was founded to help build, integrate and strengthen those systems. Sometimes that means connecting pieces that already exist. Sometimes it means helping create the capabilities, partnerships and strategies that don't. The goal is always the same: creating the conditions for industrial projects to move forward with confidence.

About the founder

I’m Megan Woodworth, a chemical engineer with 13 years of experience spanning oil and gas, waste-to-value, industrial recycling and commercial strategy. My career has taken me across engineering, operations, business development and project delivery, giving me a practical understanding of the different challenges that emerge as technologies move towards deployment. Working within technology companies and alongside the wider organisations involved in developing and delivering projects has shaped the methodology behind Einovra and continues to influence how I approach every engagement.

How I work

I work alongside project teams rather than outside them. Sometimes I provide an independent perspective, helping teams challenge assumptions and make confident decisions. Other times it’s embedded within the team, helping coordinate stakeholders, resolve complex issues and keep projects moving. Every project is different, so the level of involvement adapts to what’s needed. The focus is on delivering practical outcomes that help projects move forward.

Einovra is intentionally independent. Without ties to a particular technology, contractor or investor, every recommendation is guided by what gives the organisation the strongest chance of long-term success. Based in Edinburgh, I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
